Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers facing technical challenges. You'll troubleshoot issues, guide customers through solutions, and escalate bugs to engineering when needed. You'll also help improve our documentation and processes to reduce friction for users.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with remote work environments.
